We are an all-inclusive FIT for Life club, invested in a unique fitness and wellness training program that is designed on the concept of Functional Interval Training – Training with a Purpose!
Grounded in the philosophy ‘to be the best we can be,’ FIT. club offers focused inspired training to motivate members to become stronger and healthier to meet the physical as well as mental demands of everyday life.

FIT. club is not a gym! Nestled beside the Saucon Valley Park, we offer an environment that is welcoming, challenging, effective and fun, and most importantly sustainable for all FIT. club members.
FIT (small group and private) sessions integrate core work, cardio, and strength training, and are conducted by the area's finest certified personal trainers. Members work at their own levels of intensity to achieve their fitness, health and strength goals.

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
Ryan Castanhinha (FIT and Stretch Classes) is an ISSA certified personal trainer and certified in CPR/AED, Crossfit level 1. Before working as a personal trainer, Ryan was in the US Air Force where he certified as a physical training leader to help the Air Force train and prepare airmen for PT tests. Once he found his passion, he pursued the career of becoming certified as a personal trainer. Ryan loves fitness and sharing it with everyone he comes across. His goal is to change as many lives as possible by focusing on well-being and live by that example for others to pass along whether it's during group fitness classes, privates, crossfit classes, or even stretch classes.
AAAI-ISMA Certified Trainer
Gwen Sagula (FIT, Pilates Flow, Stretch and Barre Classes) has been a AAAI-ISMA Certified trainer since 1999. She has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry serving as a Director of Fitness, a Master Group Exercise Instructor, and Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. Gwen is currently Master level certified in over 15 specialties including Indoor Cycling, Total Body Strength and Conditioning, Body Bar, Stability Ball, BOSU Balance Trainer, Older Active Adult Fitness, Mat Pilates Beginner-Advanced, Barre, Bender Ball, Small Group & Personal Training, Kettlebell, Official TABATA Boot camp Instructor, and TRX. She completed 250 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in 2004. Her focus is functional interval training incorporating bodyweight exercises and weights.
Certified Group and Personal Trainer
Christopher Watkins (Cardio Boxing Classes and FIT Classes) graduated with an MBA from Eastern University in 2008, to add to a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Communications from Cabrini College in 2000. Chris currently works as certified personal and group fitness trainer at multiple locations throughout the Lehigh Valley. He first received his Personal Fitness Training Certification from World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) in March of 2013. Chris is a also certified in First Aid/CPR/AED. Born in Bethlehem, Chris returned to the Lehigh Valley in 2012 and has worked at numerous fitness centers throughout Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley. He trains clients of all ages and all levels with extensive teaching experience including teaching community college classes, one-on-one sessions, large group classes, wellness programs, working with children, and conditioning athletes. Chris also instructs self-defense through Malay Combat Systems, LLC and leads cardio boxing and kickboxing classes based on over 7 years of training in Muay Thai kickboxing.
